We seek to provide our clients with innovative cost saving solutions, and are constantly expanding our service offerings. We continue to enjoy growth thanks to our passion, as well as a belief that our talented and committed team is our most valuable resource. Now, we seek to add another Attorney to that team.
Duties will include drafting ERISA and PPACA compliant documents, conducting legal research, analysis of benefit plans and other document review, as well as assisting with general health plan administration consulting.
Minimum requirements include:
• Degree from an accredited law school and admittance to a State Bar (Texas bar admission is a plus) • Interest in Contract Law and Policy Review • Interest in Healthcare Law and ERISA • Excellent communication, legal research, analytical and negotiation skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem solving skills • Forward thinking, entrepreneurial, and passionateContract, Healthcare, and Employee Benefits Law experience is a plus.
