Adam V. RussoAdam V. Russo, Esq. – co-founder and visionary of The Phia Group, LLC. He obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and a Masters Degree in Finance from the Frank Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University. Attorney Russo obtained his undergraduate degree from Suffolk University as well, where he double majored in Political Science and Public Relations.

In addition to being the founder of The Phia Group, Attorney Russo is founder and managing partner of The Law Offices of Russo & Minchoff, a full-service law firm with offices in Boston and Braintree, Massachusetts. His practice is devoted to representing employers, plan fiduciaries, and administrators in employment and employee benefits matters throughout the United States. Attorney Russo is a frequent speaker on business and employee benefits topics at various conferences and seminars across the country and has written many articles regarding subrogation for various insurance industry publications.

Attorney Russo was recognized by Suffolk University with the 2005 Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award. He co-authored the healthcare subrogation chapter and course materials for the Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) program. Attorney Russo was designated a CSRP in 2004, the first year that the certification program was offered. Attorney Russo has been named a Co-Chair for the 2009 National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Health Track Subrogation Litigation: Skills and Management Conference. Most recently, Attorney Russo was the co-chair for the NASP’s Legislative Task Force. Attorney Russo is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
