The made whole rule will not apply where the plan language rules out application of the rule. In the Matter of Shawn Paris, Iron Workers’ Trust Fund Local No. 5, 44 F.Supp.2d 747, affirmed 211 F.3d 1265 (4th Cir. Apr. 17, 2000).
